秋季干燥并发症,吃点什么可以避免“秋季病”?
现在已经立秋,虽然天气还在热着,但早晚已经偏凉,正是开启入秋饮食的时机。秋季最主要的饮食方向是滋阴润燥和健脾养胃。秋天容易「上火」,常见的上火表现主要是眼睛干痒、口腔和牙龈的溃疡等轻微炎症和便秘等胃肠消化系统的异常状态。
一、眼睛、呼吸道干痒
夏季长时间天气炎热而睡眠不规律甚至睡眠较晚,加上经常看电脑手机而用眼过度,久而久之容易消耗体内较多的维生素A和其他抗氧化物等物质,立秋之后天气逐渐干燥更容易导致眼睛的干痒。
夏季饮食如果不规律,吃多了冷饮甜食,饮食营养不均衡都容易导致免疫力下降,随着气温的变化也容易出现一些上呼吸道的轻微症状,此时应该注意多选择绿叶菜和橙红色、紫黑色蔬菜和水果。比如菠菜、西兰花、西红柿、彩椒、紫甘蓝、南瓜、芒果、葡萄、蓝莓等食物。
二、口腔和牙龈的溃疡
口腔和牙龈的溃疡与维生素A、维生素C缺乏有关,熬夜较多、辛辣食物或肉类食物过多、酗酒吸烟或心情郁闷都容易消耗更多的维生素。
所以,秋季多选择绿叶菜是非常重要的,绿叶菜中除了叶绿素丰富,还有较多的胡萝卜素、维生素C,有清肝利胆和明目去火的作用。鲜枣、奇异果、苦瓜、苦菊、菠菜、西兰花等食物中富含维生素C和胡萝卜素,立秋之后应适当多吃。注意是适当,鲜枣含糖量很高,不要吃的过多。
三、便秘
之前讲过便秘需要辩证处理,处理孕晚期便秘和肠道肿瘤引起的便秘,因为生活不规律、膳食中纤维摄入过少、饮水过少引起的便秘都可以较好解决。秋季气候逐渐干燥,人体需要注意多补充水份,而食物中的膳食纤维和镁都有利于缓解便秘。
比如水果中的果胶、藕粉、海藻类食物中的海藻胶;魔芋燕麦中的可溶性膳食纤维和芋头、土豆以及其他水果蔬菜中的不溶性膳食纤维都可以促进肠道蠕动,缓解和预防便秘;绿叶菜中的镁可以减少大肠对水分的吸收,使便便保持充足的水分而顺利排便。
总结:立秋之后,需要多吃一些深色蔬菜,每天绿叶菜摄入量最好达到半斤;当季的南瓜、薯类、莲藕等食物可以很好的「祛火」,也建议适当多吃。
