过年期间,许多人都会准备春节零食,边看电视、边吃,与亲友聊天时,手常不自主地握着花生、开心果,开心地吃了起来,一不小心就摄取了过多的热量,过年后,才惊觉腰围多了一两寸。
零食热量排行榜,鱿鱼丝、花生糖都上榜
NO.1.花生糖
在零食热量排行榜中,第一名就是花生糖,麦芽糖加上花生,一颗50克,热量约有80大卡,如果吃了八颗糖,就等于是一顿正餐的热量,相当惊人。
NO.2.鱿鱼丝
第二名为鱿鱼丝,鱿鱼本身热量偏低,但制作成鱿鱼丝时,为了避免干涩,增加口味与嚼劲,商家常添加大量的油脂、糖及盐等调味料,因此,热量超高。
一般成年人抓一把鱿鱼丝,重量约35g,约有102大卡热量,因为口味较重,口感不错,常一口接一口地吃,不知不觉摄取超高的热量,鱿鱼丝浅尝即可。
NO.3.蛋卷
第三名则是蛋卷,有些商家做的蛋卷号称纯手工制作,想订购还得排队,不过,奶油、鸡蛋以及其他食材均属高热量,平均1根蛋卷热量高达127大卡,如果吃了四根,差不多等于一个便当热量。
NO.4.牛轧糖
浓浓奶香,又吃得到坚果的牛轧糖,则名列第四名,口味独特,但一颗50g的牛轧糖热量46.8大卡,如果吃了六颗,以体重60斤的成年人来计算,必须慢跑30分钟,才能抵销热量。
NO.5.坚果类
至于瓜子、开心果、腰果等坚果类,则位居热量排行的第五名,一颗蜜汁腰果热量为9.3大卡,如果吃了十几颗,所摄取的热量也不低。多挑选原味坚果,少吃加味坚果,才能降低糖与盐分的摄取。
春节零食采购原则
看似健康、含有丰富矿物质及膳食纤维的海苔,其实也是高热量零食,海苔原料为紫菜,营养丰富,但海苔产品几乎都需调味加工,以致油脂与钠含量超高,将海苔放在A4纸上,没多久就可看到油渍。
春节期间,免不了吃零食,购买时,务必观察外包装上的热量及成分,采购原则为‘原味、薄盐、少糖’,才能健康吃零食,身体少负担,而最聪明的选择是以水果代替零食。
